This is a day late, but I crashed so: 5-7 McDonald's chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce (shared with dogs, so it's hard to tell) McDonald's parfait McDonald's apple pie Walmart "munchie mix" loaded supreme nachos Didn't look at weight. Obviously, yesterday was a "bad day" in terms of eating. I did mean to eat better - I thought my dogs were going to eat more, so it's hard to figure how much I actually did eat, but I ate most of the breading, which is not the good part of the tender. I wanted to be healthier so I picked the parfait instead of the fries, but I didn't realize how much food it would be with the apple pie. Next time, I deffo wouldn't buy it. I didn't even feel hungry while eating the munchie mix, I was literally just feeling munchie. That was kind of a mistake. And I was wanting to eat healthier at the restaurant (I was planning to get a baked potato and soup), but the nachos were calling me... I
